Thanks for visiting Food, Fitness, Life! We recognize that normal people are busy, so we strive to be the most accessible informational site for the everyday person interested in living well.

The real world isn’t only about food or only about fitness. We all have different relationships and circumstances – some within our control, some not. Between jobs, friends, family, pets, bills, school and 101 other significant parts of our lives, it can be tough to take care of ourselves.

Believe it or not, some days we just don’t have the time, energy or money to make Butterscotch and Black Pepper Baby Carrots or try that new Kettlebell workout.

That’s where FFL comes in. We think that the more you know, the easier it is to work good health and fitness into your everyday life. We give you our original content about food, fitness and quality of life and also point you to the best articles and resources online.

Who We Are

Stacy, Editor in Chief, Food, Fitness, LifeEditor in Chief: Stacy works for one of the world’s largest food organizations where she’s acquired knowledge about the health and fitness industry and has analyzed corporate marketing and sales tactics. Stacy developed a keen interest in healthy living over 10 years ago and her values are deeply rooted in a balanced lifestyle.

Stacy’s writing has helped people focus on their health. She has brought her considerable knowledge  to new and emerging media; she participates actively on both Twitter and Facebook.

Stacy was born in Baltimore, Maryland but spent most of her life in upstate New York. She writes out of Los Angeles, CA.

Emily Tamburri is food and lifestyle freelancer for CBS New York, featured in the Best of: New Jersey section. Being a native from New Jersey she’s never out of food or health options to discover due to her interests in health and proximity to New York City.

She’s a firm believer in finding ways to maintain a balanced and healthy eating and exercising routine without extreme sacrifices and commitments.
